These are all common topics of conversation we have with leaders and because every team is different, every piece of work we do with a team or the organisation as a whole, is custom designed.
The key to unlocking the power of the team is to discover where the team is at and analyse what the team needs to move forward. Discovery allows us to understand individual, team and organisational context; strengths, opportunities, challenges and dilemmas facing the team. This phase usually involves:
- Review of strategy, structure, performance measures and results
- Deep structured interviews with team members
- Online survey
- Team and Individual 360 feedback such as The Leadership Circle Profile or Human Synergistics LSI/LI.
Once we have a clear understanding of the business outcomes and challenges facing the team, areas that are working well and those requiring attention, we will design a program that works for your team in terms of timing, budget and outcomes.
It may be a two day offsite, a series of half day sessions, a 12 month development program, or a series of individual coaching sessions culminating in a team workshop and quarterly check-in sessions.
How a team event is delivered depends on the outputs of the Discovery phase, team availability and budget. We’re flexible and have worked with hundreds of leadership, project and multi-disciplinary teams so we know what works….. and what doesn’t!
