  • Get to the core of what prevents team members from being the most effective they could be and address the often undiscussable issues needing attention.
  • Understand their own emotional responses, patterns and triggers more fully.
  • Become aware of the culture they contribute to and how best to shift that culture as needed.
  • Develop trusting relationships with others.
  • Understand the concept of emotional health and develop ways to improve and sustain health levels.
  • Build the skill and confidence to lean into difficult conversations in ways that support a positive outcome.

  • Agree common language for describing their approach.
  • Define the culture that will support the team/business to deliver its Vision and targets.

OBJECTIVES
  • A combination of individual coaching, peer coaching and small group targeted sessions designed to focus on and elevate individual leaders’ performance and the overall performance of the intact team.
  • Gain a clear understanding of their own individual leadership and learning styles.
  • Understand what habits of thinking and assumptions may be preventing them from achieving the goals or aspirations they have for themselves.
  • Make use of specific tools on a daily or as needs basis to assist in areas such as the communication of ideas, vision and goals clearly and concisely.
  • Gain skills to coach and support other people within the business in the way in which they work and relate to others.
OBJECTIVES
  • A series of workshops designed to engage and challenge each functional leader to think broadly across the whole of the function as well as their own teams and determine the key deliverables that will create a substantial shift in what can be delivered in the coming year.
  • Deliver an actionable and measurable plan for the teams for the year that enables the strategy – preferably articulated in quarterly sprints.
  • A leader-led process that demonstrates sponsorship of the strategy.
  • Initiatives that are assessed against balanced scorecard and are high in impact.
  • Focuses on outcomes and services rather than functional thinking and activity.
  • Improve culture – greater accountability and less silo-thinking
    Strengthen ‘team first’ behaviours.
  • Ensure Operating Rhythm supports the business plan.
