Chris is an accomplished and seasoned developer of people. An insightful consultant coach and facilitator, she has extensive experience working with executive and leadership teams, multi-disciplinary and operational teams.

As founder of Power Projects, Chris has spent the last 20+ years consulting to a broad range of industries including: design, construction, property management, superannuation, banking and finance, legal, government, higher education, research, telecommunications, FMCG, and the not for profit sector.
Chris has held a variety of corporate roles. The most significant (on secondment from Power Projects) was to lead the consulting team of the globally recognised Breakout Culture Transformation program for ANZ bank.
