We support and assist leaders to strengthen their capability to lead, adapt and continue to achieve high levels of performance in any context.
Approach
Our approach to coaching is to create a safe, supportive, challenging and confidential environment where leaders are able to relax and explore:
- where they are at now (in relation to their role, team, leadership style, career, life balance)
- the patterns of behaviour and assumptions/habits of thinking they want to change or create, that will allow them to become the kind of leader they need and want to become.
How it works
While there are many standard coaching methodologies, our approach is to be available for leaders to have the conversations they need to have. In doing so, coaching may take the form of informal discussions around objectives for each coaching session or may be used to work through and respond to specific feedback gained through 360 Feedback surveys or interviews.

- 30-minute ‘chemistry check’ and Leadership style Discovery set up
- Leadership style Discovery such as one of the following:
– Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360 Feedback survey
– Human Synergistics LSI or LI 360 Feedback survey
– Structured confidential interviews with key colleagues - 4 Confidential, 90-minute one on one coaching / Discovery debriefing sessions with an accredited coach

- 30-minute ‘chemistry check’ and Leadership style Discovery set up
- 30-minute briefing/check-in with one up manager if appropriate.
- Leadership style Discovery such as one of the following:
– Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360 Feedback survey
– Human Synergistics LSI or LI 360 Feedback survey
– Structured confidential interviews with key colleagues + key themes report - 8 Confidential, 1.5 – 2 hour one on one coaching / Discovery debriefing sessions with an accredited coach
- Unlimited phone/email check-ins as required between sessions
12 month
More Info
- Often as follow up to the 3 or 6 -month coaching package
- One hour monthly ‘check-ins’ to work through specific issues as they arise.
- Check-ins will be face to face or via Zoom video call
