Approach

What leaders know theoretically about leading is not always able to be integrated into how they take up their roles. This is either because of the system in which they are operating, or because of their own deeply ingrained habits of thinking and patterns of behaving that get in their way.

Through a Discovery process I work to uncover the assumptions that prevent leaders from making the changes they desire.

It’s often about understanding the adaptive challenges leaders face and improving business performance through the application of new thinking and ways of leading and working.

My approach to coaching is to create a safe, supportive, challenging and confidential environment where leaders are able to explore the patterns of behaviour and assumptions/habits of thinking they want to change or create.  This will allow them to become the kind of leader they need and want to become.
