Approach
Our approach to coaching is to create a safe, supportive, challenging and confidential environment where leaders are able to relax and explore:
1. Where they are at now (in relation to their role, team, leadership style, career, life balance).
2. The patterns of behaviour and assumptions/habits of thinking they want to change or create that will allow them to become the kind of leader they need and want to become.
How does it work?
While there are many standard coaching methodologies, our approach is to be available for leaders to have the conversations they need to have. In doing so, coaching may take the form of informal discussions around objectives for each coaching session or may be used to work through and respond to specific feedback gained through 360 Feedback surveys or interviews.
