Approach

Our approach to coaching is to create a safe, supportive and confidential environment where leaders are able to relax and explore where they are at now and the patterns or stories they want to change or create that will allow them to become the kind of leader they need and want to become. Although it is a well worn cliché, our approach is to help people realise their own potential.

Whilst there are many standard methodologies, our approach is to be available for leaders to have the conversations they need to have. In doing so, coaching may take the form of informal discussions around objectives for each coaching session or may be used to work through and respond to specific feedback gained through survey tools such as the Human Synergistics LSI or structured feedback interviews.
What we offer

We recommend establishing a schedule of one on one confidential coaching sessions.

The first session is a two hour session designed to:

  • explore the objectives of the coaching
  • establish whether feedback (LSI or Interview) is required
  • agree the approach
  • begin the discussion

Typically, a 90 minute session would be offered once a fortnight then moving to monthly for a period of 6 months wherein the process would be reviewed.
