Founded in 1998, Power Projects has had a positive impact on leaders and teams across a wide range of industries including banking and finance, construction, FMCG, pharmaceutical and telecommunications.

Founder and director of Power Projects, Chris Power is an insightful consultant, coach and facilitator.  She has extensive experience working with executive teams, boards and leadership teams focusing on team development, strategy development, individual performance and cultural transformation. 

With a background in organisation behaviour and human resource management, Chris is recognised for her ability to identify the core issues affecting performance, creating an environment where people are able to explore and accept the need for change. Coaching leaders to drive behavioural change in difficult environments is a key strength.

Having led the highly successful and innovative ANZ Breakout and Cultural Transformation Consulting team to deliver cultural transformation across ANZ (2004-2006) much of Chris’s work is focussed on creating cultural shifts and thus high performance at a team level.
